Digital Marketing & Content Creator
KINFRA Advanced Technology Park, Ramanattukara
The Digital Marketing & Content Creator plans, produces and promotes content across our digital channels. The role combines creative content development with hands-on campaign management, with the goal of building brand visibility, reaching prospective learners and educators, and delivering measurable growth in enquiries and enrolments.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the digital marketing plan across social media, email, website and paid channels
- Produce engaging, education-focused content — social media posts, short videos, flyers, articles and newsletters
- Plan and run targeted online campaigns for enrolment drives and educator recruitment
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent, timely publishing
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, and present regular reports and recommendations to management
- Research trends in digital marketing and online education, and bring new content ideas to the table
- Ensure all content reflects the brand's tone, values and quality standards
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree; BBA or MBA in Marketing preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or content creation; fresh graduates with a strong portfolio may apply
- Excellent written English and a flair for creative storytelling
- Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools, and basic video editing
- Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics and email marketing platforms
- Self-motivated, organised and comfortable taking ownership of results
Preferred
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut and similar) to accelerate content creation
- Prior experience in an education or ed-tech environment

Software Developer Intern Training + Internship Programme
A six-month training and internship programme for fresh graduates who want to understand how software is really built. You work on live projects with real users, with an experienced engineer reading everything you write.
Who can apply
- Fresh graduates with a BCA, MCA, B.Tech or M.Tech degree
- A genuine passion for coding and an eagerness to learn
- Exposure to any of JavaScript, HTML, React.js or Node.js is a plus
- Exposure to Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, Git, AWS or DigitalOcean is a plus
- None of the above is a requirement — the programme exists to teach them
