e-Learning platform
Run your whole institution from one system
Admissions and enrolment through to attendance, lesson delivery, assessments and fee collection — with the same records behind the web application, the Android app and the desktop client. Built for schools, madrasas, tuition centres and training providers.
Most institutions run on four systems that do not talk
A spreadsheet for the roster. A chat group for announcements. A video call for the class. A separate book for fees. None of them is wrong on its own — the cost is in the seams between them.
That is where the double entry lives: the teacher who marks attendance twice, the coordinator rebuilding the same timetable each term, the accountant reconciling a fee book against a roster that changed three weeks ago.
- Attendance recorded from memory, days later
- Fees raised for learners who already left
- Lesson material stuck on one teacher's laptop
- Parents asking questions nobody can answer quickly
- Reports rebuilt by hand every single term
What the platform covers
Take all of it, or the parts you need. Every module reads and writes the same learners, batches and staff, so nothing has to be kept in step by hand.
-
Admissions & student records
Enquiries move through a defined process and become enrolled learners without anyone retyping them. One record per learner, with guardians, documents and status history.
-
Batches & timetables
Group learners by subject, level and schedule. The batch is what classes, homework and fees attach to, so the roster stays the single source of truth.
-
Live online classes
Scheduled classes joined in one click by teacher and learner, with attendance recorded against the enrolled roster at the time of the class, and recordings kept with it.
-
Lessons & digital library
Build a class plan once and reuse it across batches and terms. Books, worksheets, video and interactive activities in one catalogue that any batch can be assigned.
-
Assessments & homework
Quizzes that mark themselves, homework with a real submitted-and- evaluated state, and exams whose results feed the same progress record as everything else.
-
Fees & invoicing
Fee structures defined per batch, invoices raised against the learners actually enrolled, and collection visible per batch and per learner without an export.
-
Staff & scheduling
Employee records, contracts, leave, availability and teaching load — so the timetable is built against who is genuinely free, not against assumptions.
-
Communication
Reach parents, learners or staff from the roster you already maintain, over the channels they actually read, from your institution's own sender identity.
-
Reports & analytics
Attendance, academic progress, fee collection and staff workload, generated continuously from the records you already keep rather than assembled at term end.
How a class actually runs
Five steps, one system, no re-entry. Most tools cover one of these and hand you off for the rest.
-
1
Plan
Build the class plan once, then reuse it across batches and terms.
-
2
Teach
Start the class, present material to every learner's screen, mark attendance.
-
3
Practise
Assign homework and quizzes from the library, or from your own content.
-
4
Track
Scores and attendance roll up automatically into batch and learner reports.
-
5
Bill
Fees and receipts stay tied to the same roster. No second spreadsheet.
On the web, on Android, on the desktop
Teachers, administrators, learners and parents each get the view that suits them, on the device they actually use. All three clients read and write the same records, so there is no second copy to reconcile.
- Android application for learners and parents
- Desktop application for classroom and staff machines
- Class and fee reminders delivered automatically
- Role-based access, so people see only what they should
- A dedicated database per customer, never pooled
- Regular backups, with restoration tested rather than assumed
Who it is built for
-
Schools
Several sections per year group, a mix of in-person and online teaching.
-
Madrasas
Live classes across time zones, with right-to-left material handled properly.
-
Tuition centres
Batches that change every term, learners joining mid-course, fees in instalments.
-
Training institutes
Cohorts, structured curricula, and assessment records that have to stand up later.
Common questions
Can we bring our existing learner and fee records across?
Yes. Migrating your current records is part of onboarding, and we work through the mapping with you before anything goes live.
Do we have to take every module?
No. Take the parts you need. An institution using only batches, attendance and fees is a perfectly normal deployment.
Can we run more than one institution on it?
Yes. A single instance supports several institutions, each with its own branding, contact details, tax identifiers, invoice series and bank accounts, while your administrators work in one place.
Is our data mixed with other customers' data?
No. Each customer's records live in their own database rather than a shared one. Isolation is structural, not a filter someone has to remember to apply.
Do parents and learners get access?
Yes. They have their own view of classes, homework, results and fees, on the web and on Android.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on the number of learners, which modules you need and how many institutions you run, so we quote per institution rather than publish a list price. Tell us your size and we will give you a realistic figure.
See it running on your own timetable
Tell us your subjects, batch structure and fee model, and we will walk you through the platform against something that resembles yours — rather than a canned tour.
